Having highly trained medical personnel with all the right equipment is of no great value if they cannot access the accident scene. It is a fact that time matters in the case of severe traumatic injuries. If patient care is delayed by the inability of the practitioners to reach the scene, then one can justifiably askÉ why did we have ALS?
As part of our service Xtreme Medical Services is a qualified provider of high angle rope rigging and rescue. We are able to rig and staff any high angle element that may be required for safe operations in a steep or vertical environment. Need to work on a tower, building, mountainside or snow slope? We can rig in environments and areas where other teams fear to tread. The rigging team is not only highly skilled in this craft but is in addition comprised of registered EMT's and Paramedics which brings a valuable added safety element into this environment.
We are also experienced in the area of Water Rescue should this be a part of your terrain requirements or risk assessment.
